HILTON GARDEN INN / HOME 2 PROJECT BREAKS GROUND

The Hilton Garden Inn / Home2 hotel project broke ground on November 21, 2019.

Located in Houston’s renowned medical center, the 187,246 square foot duel brand hotel will have 296 guestrooms and a detached garage. The 10-story structure will include amenities such as a guest pool, fitness center, food services, conference space and laundry facilities. The project will open in June 2021.

TMG+ Leads Town Center Project at Whispering Pines

 



Tower 5040 - Top Out

 

Another important milestone is reached by the Tower 5040 team! TMG+ congratulates the Ownership and Construction teams as they celebrate this important milestone.

On September 20, 2019 a tree was hoisted to the top of the structure to honor the workers and team for their successful attainment of the highest point of the building.

The new 147-unit luxury student housing project is located near the University of Houston and will open by the 2020 fall semester.

Holiday Inn Express - Top Out

TMG+ congratulates the Ownership and Construction teams on the recent "Topping Out" of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Galveston Beach.

The 92,200 sqft, 6-story hotel is located directly across from the seawall and next to Galveston's popular beachfront dining establishment "The Spot".

Guests will have access to 134 guestrooms, pool and fitness areas, meeting rooms, breakfast bar service and use of the adjacent detached 4-level parking garage.

The hotel is slated to open in late October 2019.

Team TMG+ wins the 2019 ACRP 2019 Golf Classic!

 

Team members are Joe Ryan Mathis of TMG+, Larry McMichael of CLS Technology, Rob Pack of Watts Pool Company and Craig Varney of Sundance Construction.

Joe Ryan Mathis Named Vice President and Shareholder

 

The Mathis Group, Inc., a recognized leader in the Project Management and the Construction industry, has recently named Joseph Ryan Mathis as Vice President and Shareholder to the firm.

Mr. Mathis joined the firm in 2004 and previously served the as Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager and Project Scheduler. His tenure includes experience with projects in various markets including educational, not-for-profit, healthcare, institutional, hospitality, office and high-rise residential. Joseph is a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in business management.

The Mathis Group, Inc. will celebrate 30 years of success in project delivery, project management and project planning. TMG+ has completed projects in over 40 states and Europe.
